Based in Los Angeles, she has worked with both high-profile and everyday, regular clients, supporting families in the music and entertainment industries, traveling throughout the United States, all while providing excellent care to babies and children across the country. Alma prides herself in the deep knowledge she has gained as both a mother of 3 college-grad children and as a professional in the field.

infant Sleep Training
This is the process of helping a baby learn to fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. Some babies do this quickly and easily, but others have trouble settling down or getting back to sleep when they've wakened – and they need help along the way. That’s where I come in!
Doula
A trained non-medical companion who supports mothers through childbirth. I provide individualized and 1-on-1 guidance and support to pregnant women throughout their pregnancy, labor, delivery and post-birth.
Breastfeeding and Lactation Consultant
I am professionally trained to teach mothers how to feed their baby. I help women experiencing breastfeeding problems, such as latching difficulties, painful nursing, and low milk production. I can also aid with babies who aren't gaining enough weight.
on-call Newborn Consultant
Parents often have many questions about how to prepare for the arrival of their baby (or babies!), what kind of bottles or formula or even gadgets to buy to best help their child’s transition and growth. With my on-call service, I analyze your baby’s room, home, and routine and provide my best recommendations for what you need to succeed!
Baby Nurse/Newborn Care Specialist
A Baby nurse supports families in all aspects of newborn care, such as: Baby feeding, including bringing the baby to Mom for breastfeeding, preparing bottles and helping with latching on or pumping if needed. Additional support can be provided per the specific needs of the family.
